FC Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde believes Ousmane Dembele’s injury is caused by a backheel movement.
Dembele had trouble on the hamstring when Barca won 2-1 at Getafe in the Spanish League continued 2017-2018 on Saturday (16/09/2017).
Before the injury, the 20-year-old attacker raced hard and then kicked the ball using the heel.
Impliedly, Valverde said the injury was the player’s own fault.
Dembele is considered unable to manage between running at high speed and performing techniques such as the backheel.
“The obvious thing is that the injury will not happen if he does not try to backheel,” Valverde said.
“We will not discuss it further, the thing we look forward to is the day when he recovers,” said the captain.
In order to return to a condition of 100 percent, Dembele will be handled by a doctor named Sakari Orava.
Orava’s name is not strange among footballers.
The Finnish figure has a wealth of experience in healing famous actors from the world of football, including Pep Guardiola and David Beckham.
